Onze samples zijn gratis voor eerlijke zakelijke (en commerciële) doeleinden. We rekenen wel kosten als de samples worden gebruikt voor educatieve doeleinden of voor knutselaars.
Samples die worden aangevraagd vóór 13.00 uur worden dezelfde werkdag verwerkt en verzonden. Aanvragen na 13.00 uur worden normaal gesproken de volgende werkdag verstuurd. Samples met bestemming buiten Groot-Brittannië worden per RM-luchtpost verzonden en kunnen ongeveer 5 werkdagen onderweg zijn, afhankelijk van uw locatie.
Zodra we een bestelling ontvangen, sturen wij u een sjabloon waarin u uw ontwerp kunt opmaken. Plaats uw opmaak in het sjabloon, stuur het naar ons terug en wij zorgen voor een drukproef en proefmodel. Dat kan 1 tot 2 dagen in beslag nemen. Wanneer uw drukproef en proefmodel klaar zijn, sturen we u die ter goedkeuring terug. De gemiddelde productietijd bedraagt ongeveer 2 tot 3 weken vanaf die datum. Daarna kunnen we de artikelen voor u verzenden, aan u bezorgen of we zetten ze klaar om afgehaald te worden.
