win an iPadWe have had hundreds of enquiries for our Telescopic Box product which we launched at the start of the month. And it seems as if our Direct Mail Design Competition is proving very popular, too, with our first entry being rushed in from the USA!

We have sent out hundreds of samples of the Telescopic Box which is proving to be the most popular product in our range just now. However, keep an eye on this blog in the New Year for news of lots of new ideas. A lot of work is going on in the background to enhance our products and our service levels. Our testimonials page will tell you that we are already very highly regarded by marketing professionals in the UK and we aim to get better!

New project management software is being written to improve on our already high levels of service and to build relationship marketing ties. A new telephone system has just been installed to improve on caller interaction. Website development is always ongoing to improve your “shopping” experience at Whitney Woods’ websites. We have also invested in new marketing software to improve our own promotional efforts. All in all, we are looking forward to 2011 as an exciting year which will start with the final call for entries to our design competition.
