Pop-up Cards, Automatic Pop-up Products and Marketing Products are top of the pops

Since we launched our new-look website on 8th March I have been keeping a close eye on the visitor stats on Google Analytics to see if there are any major changes and I am pleased to say that the new look seems to be much more popular with our visitors.

Visitor figures are up, bounce rates are down, page views are up, the time “on site” has increased and the pages per visit figures are up. Conversions are up including quote requests and requests for samples. All in all, it seems like the re-design has been well worth the time, effort and money spent.

As for individual performances, these are not as easy to compare as we introduced a lot of new pages in the revamped edition. However, in the “product category” chart we have changes at the top. The Pop-up Cards page is the page most viewed with Automatic Pop-ups in second place and Marketing Products in third. This came as a surprise to me as I had fully expected our Interactive Products page to be up there. However, as the redesign fetures many interactive products under different headings, the individual interactive products pages are still receiving really good viewing figures.

The new categories have been well received with Marketing Products and Browse by Movement receiving particularly good viewing figures.
