Exhibition Handouts and Giveaways – marketing ideas with a difference
If you’re looking for an event hand out that really makes and impact and your customers will love to keep, you should give serious consideration to our Jumpinjax product. The un-assuming exterior is a handy sized cardboard sleeve with sliding tray enclosed, but pull out the tray you’re in for a big surprise. The 4 compressed cardboard cubes within, powered with rubber bands, come to life once released from the sleeve and jump out of the tray in front of your very eyes. It’s a product that is guaranteed to cause a stir not only for it’s recipient but equally for those immediately surrounding them.
Of course Jumpinjax isn’t the only product in the Whitney Woods range which can create high immediate impact at trade shows and exhibitions. The Springbox and Two Pop Box are close cousins of the Jumpinjax and both offer the elements of surprise and fun in a similar fashion to the Jumpinjax. However, you should be warned that the product do pack a big surprise which might prove too stressful for some faint souls!
If the high impact products seem a little too playful for your own trade show publicity purposes then another ideas is to present a giveaway that is in a neat flat pack which pops up into a desk-top product when the visitor returns to his office. The pop up action always causes at least a ripple of excitement and your prospect will always collapse and pop-up the product a few times before finally putting it on his desk. A pop-up ball with holes for pens makes a good pen pot as does a pop up cube and both have plenty of space for your custom printed message. The pop up action ensures that your trade show giveaway will not be forgotten or lost in amongst the plethora of unwanted freebies.
Of course, not everything given away is a gift or gimmick. What about your all-important product literature – that, too, should be printed on something memorable and preferably something that will be easy to carry. Pocket-sized products are always a good idea. Leaflets and flyers of A4 and A5 size tend to get stacked together and filed or binned, never to see light of day again but an interesting piece of pocket media will achieve at least top drawer status.
