Pocket Sized Brand Communication – Effective Direct Mail Idea
Why not boost your brand communication and loyalty by joining countless others who have realised the value of pocket sized products? We all travel light these days and everything is compact and pocket sized so by designing something your customers can carry with them and keep for reference is an extremely effective direct mail idea.
Carry and Keep – Exactly as it says on the tin
This is my favourite of all the pocket sized products for brand communication since it is A7 in size with a sturdy cover and opens up to reveal an inner sheet A3 in size packed with information. The Carry and Keep is a super direct mail idea that you know will be read by your customers and retained for future reference – not simply discarded like a boring letter or pamphlet. This product began its life as a tourism product and quickly gained pace as a Tradeshow give-away and a direct mail product.
Unfolding a World of Opportunities
The Foldilocks is available in both credit card sized and A7 and consists of folded panels that are housed in hard-wearing covers with a locking tab. The folded sections have perforations which make it an ideal product to use for issuing loyalty vouchers and discount coupons etc. Designing this to send to your customers is an effective direct mail idea since it is a product offering so many opportunities and it will be retained in a pocket, purse or desk drawer for future. It has become increasingly popular for promoting a staged campaign for a new product or additions to a range; the list of ideas is endless!
Swatch this Space
Swatch Cards have been around for a long time but this does not mean that they are “old hat” – in fact they are very much on trend. Pocket sized Swatch Cards that will be saved by your customers for constant referral are a very effective direct mail idea and because of their interactivity you know that your information is attention grabbing. You can even have your bespoke Swatch Cards shaped; the iPod shape is a very fashionable shape at the moment.
