The Kaleidoscope Plus Group work in partnership with the Yarl’s Wood Immigration Removal Centre.
“Offering a number of groups and services to service users to support their wellbeing throughout their stay, we were looking for a way to give a complete and consistent message of what was available.”
They wanted to create an informative handout which could be given to existing users as well as new users on their arrival.
“We wanted to provide the information in a format that was easy to keep handy and refer to. With users of many nationalities coming through the centre, making the information simple to understand was also highly important.”
Foldilocks enabled them to achieve this:-
– The ‘mini brochure’ format was the size of a credit card making it easy to carry and keep
– The multiple panels carryied key information making it easy to follow and understand
– Offering a consistent and complete message, each user was fully informed
