Open the Door to new Direct Marketing Opportunities with the three “I” s rule
Amongst the main demands of any promotional product used in a direct marketing campaign is that the product should be interactive, innovative and interesting – the three “I”s rule. We have made custom sizes and shapes of the cover operated dissolver but designers should be made aware that the position of certain aspects of the product cannot be changed. It is quite common for a designer to ask for a larger window or a different cover size. The size of our standard product fits into a DL envelope but we have made the product in C5 size. The window cannot be any nearer the centrefold than it is at present. The lifting mechanism and the panel that hides the original graphic govern this rule.
Suggestions for creative marketing ideas for this type of product could go on forever. For example, it could be an ideal direct mail piece for a company moving premises.
