Following the success of the Flicker Card campaign, Creditsafe were looking to carry out another direct mail project. This time, instead of targeting new prospects and introducing their services, Creditsafe wanted to reach out to existing customers to let them know about additional services which could be of benefit to them.

“With this campaign we identified a number of existing clients who weren’t currently using our Consumer Credit Searches though potentially might find them very useful.”

From experience, Creditsafe understood that clients who made use of the B2B Marketing Data services also tended to find real value in their Consumer Credit Searches. After consulting their customer database, Creditsafe identified anybody who was using one and not the other.

“We’ve seen so many times that having greater insight on customers can help our clients grow their businesses and we really wanted to share that.”

Focusing on the theme of growth, Creditsafe felt the A6 Starburst was a great option to demonstrate this point to their clients. Starting out relatively small, the A6 folds out and ‘grows’ revealing more and more information. The various panels were perfect for snippets of key information and the ‘Starburst’ inner offered plenty of room for an infographic demonstrating how the Consumer Credit Searches could prove beneficial.
