News of our Direct Mail Design Competition
Here’s a good piece of news. Whitney Woods is holding its first ever design competition to celebrate the launch of a new product; the mind-blowing Telescopic Box. It comes in its own mailing outer and seems just like an ordinary box at first glance. However, when you start to open the box it just gets bigger and bigger and bigger until it reaches a very impressive 420mm in length! This offers a massive scope for design opportunities and loads of room for your marketing message. We are very excited by the product and we expect it to be very popular. That’s why we have chosen it as the subject for our design competition.
The design competition carries a terrific prize for the winner – a 64GB iPAD + WiFi + 3G + Keyboard Dock. All that you have to do to enter is place your order for the Telescopic Box and your artwork for your campaign becomes your competition entry. The minimum order for Telescopic Boxes is 1000 pieces and the order must be placed by 31 January 2011. We have already had a massive run on design templates and product samples so we think that their will be plenty of competition for the eventual winner.
The product was launched along with news of another new product – the mini sideshooter. Whilst the product has featured on web pages it has not been seen “in the flesh” before. It’s a product that I like a lot. It comes in a compact, chunky pack but brings a really eye-catching action to your customer as two side arms spring from the sleeve on opening. Like the Telescopic Box, the miniSidshooter is ideal for campaigns based on growth and expansion.
