Bei seriösen Anfragen von Unternehmen, sind unsere Muster nicht kostenpflichtig. Werden unsere Muster für Bildungszwecke oder von Bastlern angefragt, wird für die Muster eine Gebühr erhoben.
Bei Bestellungen von Mustern, die bis 13 Uhr bei uns eingehen, erfolgt die Bearbeitung und der Versand möglichst am selben Tag. Bestellungen, die wir nach 13 Uhr erhalten, werden normalerweise am nächsten Werktag versandt. Muster zum Versand außerhalb Großbritanniens werden per Royal Mail Airmail versandt. Je nach Standort, erfolgt die Zustellung innerhalb von ca. 5 Werktagen.
Nach Erhalt Ihrer Bestellung, senden wir Ihnen eine Vorlage zum Erstellen Ihrer Grafik zu. Setzen Sie Ihre Grafik in die Vorlage ein und senden Sie diese an uns zurück. Wir fertigen dann einen Korrekturabzug und einen Mock-up. Dafür werden 1-2 Tage benötigt. Nach Fertigstellung des Korrekturabzugs und des Mock-up, senden wir Ihnen diese zur Prüfung und Abnahme zu. Die darauffolgende Produktionszeit nimmt ca. 2-3 Wochen in Anspruch. Wir arrangieren dann den Transport oder Versand der Produkte für Sie oder stellen die Ware zur Abholung bereit.
